"Our stay at Monte Selva was a 10/10 . The staff is very welcoming, helpful, accommodating, kind but most importantly very courteous providing an excellent customer service at the spa area, restaurant, bar and lobby. We really enjoyed our stay that we would recommend anyone that visits Baños to stay there and we are looking forward to visiting Monte Selva in the future. The location was excellent, is walking distance to the center of the city where there’s many bars, restaurants. The food at the Monte Carlo restaurant is not only very good in taste but in prices as well. The filet mignon is a must try. We enjoyed very much the thermal waters and saunas that were indoors and outdoors we had the hot tub and pool. Our room was very very clean and had a big window to enjoy the beautiful view. We had a great time 😊"

"The whole experience was amazing, the view was breathtaking and the service was very attentive. The breakfast and the dinner was very delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. The beds were very comfortable and the entire room was very clean. We will 100% be back to stay for more days!"

"An absolutely delightful place made so enjoyable by the lovely, friendly, cheerful staff - Daniella and Elena. Just outside Banos, therefore nice and quiet. Lovely room. Good shower, tasty breakfast. Good WiFi which is available in rooms as well as public areas. Highly recommend"
