"The owners are very welcoming. The hotel is in the city center, but yet in a very quiet place. The only noice I heard in the night was the sound of a relaxing waterfall. Nice room, hot water and a good mattress. And a very nice breakfast near a burning fireplace. I loved it! On a scale from 1-10 they get a 11! Perfect and very recommendable . They don’t need a payment up front, which is very comfortable. Just book and pay at the hotel. I travel for work and I have stayed in many different hotels in Baños, this is the best!"

Punt positiu:
"Ens van facilitar una habitació molt bona. Vam quedar-nos una nit mes del previst i ens van canviar pero també va ser molt agradable. L'hotel esta vinculat a un altre amb spa on vam poder accedir-hi gratis i sopar amb un descompta. Ens van aconsellar en relació a algunes sortides. Si ens es possible tornaren"

"We loved staying here. What a beautiful cabin in the mountains, with the most comfortable bed ever. Mario was an amazing host making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. You can do all sorts of zip line adventures from your doorstep. At night it is beautiful and peaceful with only the sounds of the river Thank you for having us stay"

Punt positiu:
"Nice of you like something out of the way,in a more rural setting. The staff was excellent"
Punt negatiu:
"Very out of the way. You will need transportation to and from Baños, which isnt always readily available. Specially TO Baños, since not many cabs around the hotel area."
