"The breakfast was very good and the view from the dining area was beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The spa area is beautiful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well taken care of."

"The room we had was very nice but the lighting was not that good. some additional lamps in the room and a couple of electric heaters would have made the room more comfortable . while the restaurant staff and spa staff were very attentive there did not seem to be en ought help at times."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was perfect and the language barrier wasn't really an issue. The room was very clean and tidy and the bathroom big with a super shower. We loved that we has access to Luna Volcan as part of our stay for use of the Pools and for breakfast which was included in our price. Would absolutely stay again."

"The room with the balcony was a little noisy in the mornings and evenings as you are located right next to a main road. I wouldn't recommend booking this side if you are a light sleeper or like an early night."

"Cómodo para grupo de personas grandes., en nuestro caso éramos 12 Cocina equipada, nos dejaron bidones de agua, cafecito :) Todo muy limpio y ordenado"

"Location is great, right in the center of Baños and with esy access to the main bus terminal. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and when I reported that something wasn't working in my room they were very quick to offer an alternative solution."

"The property is located right in the center of the action, with many bars with loud music until late in the evening (I stayed there on a Friday and Saturday). All this noise can be heard from the room, as there is no sound insulation. Additionally, I found this place a bit overpriced, compared to other hotels where I stayed in Ecuador."
