"The breakfast was very good and the view from the dining area was beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The spa area is beautiful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well taken care of."

"The room we had was very nice but the lighting was not that good. some additional lamps in the room and a couple of electric heaters would have made the room more comfortable . while the restaurant staff and spa staff were very attentive there did not seem to be en ought help at times."

"The location was great. Nice and handy to cafes and the centre of town. The check in went well once we eventually found the place. Goggle maps took us to an incorrect address. We ended up asking a restaurant owner and finally arrived. The super king bed was so comfortable and it was a bonus to have a big container of bottled water to help ourselves to."

"The urinal in the bathroom was leaking so wasn’t useable. It leaked when flushed. Also, the hot water seems to run out quite quickly. Possibly only enough for one person to shower quickly. Overall it was pretty good but we felt it was a bit pricey. It is possibly more suited to a family as there is sleeping for 4, therefore it would make it better value for money."

"The kitchen in room is some what scary, Slightly damp feel to the room. But over all for few day stay it was ok"

"The room was huge, the bed was comfy. The bathroom was ginormous and the bath you could run swim lessons in. Plentiful hot water. The breakfasts were delicious and the owners were very helpful."

"Es un lugar tranquilo, muy limpio, fuera del ruido, muy seguro. Desde ahí pudimos ver el volcán Tungurahua. Excelente servicio, toda la casa para nosotros."
