"The owners are very welcoming. The hotel is in the city center, but yet in a very quiet place. The only noice I heard in the night was the sound of a relaxing waterfall. Nice room, hot water and a good mattress. And a very nice breakfast near a burning fireplace. I loved it! On a scale from 1-10 they get a 11! Perfect and very recommendable . They don’t need a payment up front, which is very comfortable. Just book and pay at the hotel. I travel for work and I have stayed in many different hotels in Baños, this is the best!"

"La Sra Marcela es un amor de persona. Muy hospitalaria y amable. En las habitaciones del primer piso se disfruta de su jardín lleno de plantas y flores. Sin dudarlo lo recomiendo. El desayuno exquisito y llenador para empezar el día. Nos fuimos con una muy buena impresión. Afuera del hotel está la parada de buses para subir a las atracciones de baños como el Pailon del Diablo.
