"I found this hotel is very cozy and comfortable for a single traveler like me. The neighbourhood is quiet and save and it is closer to bus/tram stop. I love the breakfast which is included in the price, especially the fresh morning Muesli that made with love. The most good thing that the bathroom is very clean as if nobody used it. The staff ladies on the receptionist are so heart warming and nice (hi Marcia! 😍). They help me with the bus route and lend me charger for my Iphone since I left it in the airport. It is so warm and comfortable working in the breakfast room that you can have free flow tea, coffee, hot chocolate with cookies (the best things that they have coffee machine). I would definitly come again for my next visit to Bern. I really love this hotel ❤️"
"I have the attic room, stayed for 4 nights. The room is definitely okay but it would be nice to have a night lamp since the lamp on the wastafel is too bright."

"I traveled with my 9 year old grandson, so it was pleasant to have the use of the breakfast room to play cards, etc. with a cup of hot chocolate after our daily outings. Staff was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Although public transport was included and nearby, we walked almost everywhere from the hotel. It's very near Old Town, bears, etc."

"We arrived early but were welcome to leave our bags until check in time, free drinks in the breakfast room were welcome while we planned our route for the day. The lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful and provided some safety information about floating down the Aare River (which is fun). A little way out of the city centre but close to a regular bus route with only a short journey into the city centre .The room was clean and perfect for our one night stay passing through Bern."

"I had amazing experience, I really like the location was close to the train station and bus, the Bern city I was able to do a lot of things walking, they gave the ticket bus to used around the city. Breakfast was nice. Kind staff ❤️"

"Really good breakfast even homemade cakes, friendly staff, loved the 24 hour use of facilities with the coffee machine and different tea’s to choose from. Fully equipped kitchen which we took full advantage of as we’re travelling on a budget. Took a short bus ride from the train station and close walk to Bern centre. Perfect stay if you are going to Bern!! Don’t be put off by the shared bathroom and the shower is amazing. Oh and the beds are so comfy and the duvet was lovely"
