"Really lovely place in the old town. Location was perfect, near the train station and the thermal baths. Very friendly and helpful staff. The fridge was a great advantage."

"The facilities were great, very clean and comfortable. We had a Luxus studio with a big bathroom, I am very happy about our choice."
"One small point was that it wasn't very well noticed that the sauna or Spa center belongs to Bad Zurzach Therme. I think it will be better to specify this information. It is only 3 min walk but of course the guests have to pay an additional charge for the Therme, so actually the hotel doesn't have a spa and wellness center, it is located outside of the property. So I would have been happier to know this information in advance."
"Wow, we were blown away by this hotel. The hotel itself was so cute, very clean, and central location - very close to supermarket, thermal spa, and some lovely restaurants. The room was really big, and the bed very comfortable. There was somewhere safe to place our bikes which was very helpful. There was a coffee machine in our room which was perfect, and the capsules kindly replaced the next day. The best part was the lovely member of staff, she was just fabulous, exceedingly kind and helpful and made our stay 10/10."
