"A typical large hotel. Very convenient parking (although paid) and excellent location. The tram stop is right outside and the city center is 4 stops away. The staff is extremely polite. The room is modernly decorated and has a good temperature. The cleanliness was a little lacking. Overall, a pleasant stay."

The beds in my room was lill to hard to give excellent sleep. Quiet floor, 9th with a stellar view. I can absolutely recommend this hotel. Great service from the staff with recommendations."

"Location was excellent and just 10 minutes walk to the centre where you get to see a bear in it's own compound next to the bridge. Free travel pass in Bern for your stay. Great view from room! Mega comfy bed."
