"Les instal•lacions estaven força bé. Vam tenir un problema amb el llum del bany i ens ho van solucionar molt bé, canviant-nos a dues habitacions sense càrrec, clar. Volem agrair l’amabilitat del personal, i en especial, de Nora."

"La situació és bona. Està a prop del centre en bus o cotxe. Hi ha parking. En arribar tard, vam poder menjar unes pizzes… L’esmorzar és molt correcte i les habitacions són noves. Hi havia una zona on els nens petits podien jugar i els més grans tenien un futbolin."

"Very good location - walking distance from the main train station, super market nearby, authentic pizza restaurant just across the street. The breakfast was very tasty, and it is until 11 on weekends, which was very much appreciated. Coffee and tea available for free in the lobby all day long."

"The staff was kind, responsive and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious. Location is quiet, 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to historical centre. Free public transport in Bern is also a highlight :)"

"The hotel is a modern hotel with exposed concrete walls and very sparse wall coverings, making it appear quite 'budget' even though it was not a cheap night! The breakfast buffet was excellent with everything (and more) that you could want for breakfast and to set you up for the day"

"The car park could have been complimentary - it added SF30 to the overnight costs. The common door between the shower and toilet is an interesting idea but please - bring back separate doors! Also having an automatic light in the loo is not a good idea when you have a light-sleeping partner!"
