"The friendly staff, warm welcome, excellent food.. All inclusive. The water!!"

Nothing big . A small thing. Local food was only from one region of Uganda. A bit predictable too. But otherwise amazing food

"Great location at the South side of Song Kul lake. Breakfast was tasty and plenty. You can also get (packed) lunches and dinner. Phone reception is good and you can charge your phone in the evening in the main yurt. Stayed for two nights there. So peaceful and relaxing. Loved it!"

"El tracte per part dels treballadors de l’hotel va ser excel·lent. Les seves intal·lacions són molt boniques. L’habitació molt àmplia i semblava que estiguessis en una habitació d’un castell."

El coixí era de plumes (crec) i quedava tan aplastat que semblava que no tinguessis coixí.

"The staff. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Our car broke down two hours after we left the camp. We called the camp and they sent help right away."

Nothing. Everything was amazing. The location, the camp, the food, the game drives and the staff

"We were generously upgraded to the Langakali house from the Heilala initially booked at no extra charge. This worked out perfect having the extra bathroom. The house was easily accessible on our arrival with overall good communication from the renters. Nina was beautiful and did countless loads of washing for us with no hesitation included in the accomodation price. Green Lodge is close proximity to town and our families village so was a prime location for us. Screens on doors and windows were a plus, coils and basic toiletries and essentials were provided and ample storage throughout. A quiet area that felt very safe. Style of the house is older, but comfortable enough, we felt at home being here."

Although screens were throughout, you will still need repellent and extra coils. The ensuite bathroom toilet wouldn’t always flush properly and the wifi wasn’t working. It would be a plus to have one more fan in the third bedroom of the Langakali house and

"Molt bona ubicació. Davant del llac i prop d'Inari. Ideal pel relax i per fer rutes de senderisme properes. La cabanya en sí ens ha encantat i els voltants també. El personal és amable, la noia de recepció del primer dia ens va informar molt bé dels voltants. Repetiríem sens dubte!"

Els únics punts negatius són: 1.- La pica del lavabo és molt petita i just a sobre hi ha l'armari que no et permet rentar-te amb comoditat. Podrien ficar una pica més gran perquè hi ha prou espai. 2.- A sobre la cuina hi faltaria una llum més per poder cuinar i rentar bé els plats a l'aigüera.

"I loved that it was nestled in its own private space. There are 4 lodges in the vicinity and all have their own balcony’s that you can enjoy individually. Our water pressure was great. Also the unit was nice and clean."

Nothing: We actually didn’t book the transfers cause we had another vehicle organised however that fell through. But mama let us go first to the lodge and she’d wait at the airport. Lucky she got a ride back home from the family at airport. She has an immense amount of responsibility and knowledge of the island. As a local to Rarotonga people like her are very rare to be around. I am so grateful to have had crossed paths with her. Na te Atua I tauturu iakoe e Mama Manarangi. Maroiroi koe I toou oraanga. Meitaki atupaka kiakoe no te akonoanga ia tatou.

"Comfortable stay in a Vintage house, outback-Australia style. Has all things in the kitchen to use if self catering.Hot shower .Central, close to a lovely beach and restaurants. But 2 km from main supermarket. Recommended"

No WiFi. Walls are quite thin so, can hear traffic at day time hours.Quite at nite

The chair bench caught my leggings and ripped them a bit.

Het eten en drinken. Er was veel niet aanwezig van wat er op de kaart stond. Zowel van het eten als het drinken. Dat mag niet mogelijk zijn voor de prijs die je betaalt.

"L’accueil était formidable ! Attendez bien qu’elle vous envoie les bonnes directions par ce que sur booking ce n’est pas clair ! La maison est super mignon , très bien placé ( au calme ) et bien décorée. Moi je suis hollandaise donc je n’avais pas de problème avec l’escalier hyper pentu et les marches très étroite !"

"This lodge is exceptional. It is well maintained and immaculate as far as the grounds are concerned. There is a nearby waterhole frequented by a range of different animals. The seating area to watch the animals at the watering hole couldn't have been better placed. We didn't have much time in this lodge to fully appreciate all that it had to offer. There was a lively pool and extra treats like foot spas. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to try these out."

The food was exceptional. Unfortunately vegetarians are not given a very imaginative alternative to either meat or fish. I loved the freshness of the ingredients but a more creative option for a non-meat/fish eater would have definitely improved this experience.

"The place and outlook are very nice on the vulcano, from room and from jacuzzi :) The secret hike trail is very nice and should not be missed (Mariposa trail?). Jacuzzi is also very nice extra."

Breakfast could be a little more. You can choose from a menu. It was good, but an additional side or some bread would be nice. The street to the hotel could better maintained.

"Milos and Klea were such lovely hosts. We stumbled across this place trying to find a last minute stay, and we ended up going back for another night a few days later and had a bbq with them and a lovely view!"

"Beautiful views of Apia. We literally had the whole place to ourselves. It provided a calm quiet space that we didn't expect."

Unfortunately there were a few minor issues when we arrived, that eventually got sorted. Given the circumstances of the week prior & sending our condolences to the family, I'm not surprised things were a little off the mark. A broom in the unit be great to keep the floors free of bugs & dirt. We still loved our stay regardless.

"This is a fantastic location if you want to get away from the bustle of the city and only half an hour from the airport and Agadir. Beautifully restored Kasbah with productive gardens and a salt water pool (perfect if like me you can't cope with chlorine) We were lucky enough to visit after rain and the wildflowers blooming in the surrounding fields were beautiful. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly."

We only stayed 2 nights..

"L'espai és preciós, la remodelació de les habitacions està feta amb molt de gust i conservant l'essència d'una casa d'una zona rural muntanyosa. L'habitació espaiosa. És tal i com s'ensenya a Booking. Constava de : zona de dormir + una zona de sala d'estar+ un bany, i una zona exterior amb una taula i dos cadires. El tracte també ha estat perfecte."

No hi ha res que m'hagi desagradat, però per dir una cosa, m'agradaria haver tingut una miqueta més de llum a l'habitació, tant sols un llum auxiliar per una estona de lectura.

"Thank you for a wonderful stay at La Vielle, the setting was stunning, our cottage tranquil and gorgeous, and the staff so friendly and accomodating. We loved walking the trails, visiting the plunge pool with the amazing vista, and the food was excellent. The best place I've stayed in Mauritius."

There was nothing we didn't like it was perfect!

"Perfect location, next to ski slope. Amazing place for skiers/ snowboarders, however you can reach it only directly from slope (but it makes stay even better) we could leave backpakcs at reception, and ski until checking. Stuff is very friendly and helpful."

Water heater present, but no warm water in the shower or bath. Bath didn't drain.

Room was a little bit smelly but it wasn’t a huge issue for us
