"It is a beautiful place where hosts become friends and the food is the best we ha so far! 5 stars food!"
"The lodges could use some love... But still very nice. I think we got a free upgrade from a room to a double room house with kitchen and bathroom which was great 🤩🙏🏽 The first evening and night there was no water in our lodge and also the last morning there was none. We stayed 3 nights. Would definitely go back there."

"The place, the people, the location, the attention from the staff is 5 star. It may be because it was not full but definitely they are very very friendly."
"Not that I didn't like it, but what I could do differently, it is rustic, is good but because it was a period of lots of energy cuts, we got a point of being without electricity up to 7pm, so for the common areas like toillet, the lamps on the the way to your house the camping etc., I think that they should have solar powered lamps."

"This was such a lovely break in our travels up the coast. The location is just stunning. Beautiful green gardens sloping down to a crystal clear lake.A lovely beach area to chill on and a friendly restaurant from which to watch amazing sunsets. The chalets are very spacious. Basic but great value for money ."

"what an amazing stay!! first things first: all the money we paid for the accomodation goes directly in a social organisation. this on e has a huge impact in the area, amazing!! further our time at humbi was just perfect. Alexia and her team are absolutely amazing! it is the perfect place to relax. The food was also absolutely delicious, all fresh from their garden. Can‘t wait to go back! ❤️"

"The staff, especially the manager Johnny, were outstanding and always ready to help/assist. Even the amicable owner was reachable and would ensure that guests were well taken care of. We also loved having breakfast while admiring the waves and morning sun. Walking on the beach everyday was a must and the sound of waves was very soothing. Although quite basic, Giraffe is a great place to just chill. Hotel also has a speed-boat and can organize the trip to Bazaruto and other islands."

"Dominique the landlord is super kind and accomplished, the room is clean and large. There is a comfortable king bed, kitchenette area with a mini fridge and kettle, a couch, and an attached bathroom! There is an upstairs terrace with a beautiful view, sun beds, a bench, and seating with tables."
