"A little gem of a hotel in a most beautiful location. The staff give an extremely warm reception, they are super friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and what can be done…..if they didn’t know, they knew someone who does. For example, they arranged a night watching the turtles and a guide to walk some local waterfalls. The food was out of this world, fresh and local produce cooked by chefs who’ve been cooking their whole life."

"L'espai és preciós, la remodelació de les habitacions està feta amb molt de gust i conservant l'essència d'una casa d'una zona rural muntanyosa. L'habitació espaiosa. És tal i com s'ensenya a Booking. Constava de : zona de dormir + una zona de sala d'estar+ un bany, i una zona exterior amb una taula i dos cadires. El tracte també ha estat perfecte."

No hi ha res que m'hagi desagradat, però per dir una cosa, m'agradaria haver tingut una miqueta més de llum a l'habitació, tant sols un llum auxiliar per una estona de lectura.

Molt mal indicada la seva via d'entrada. Vàrem haver de preguntar a un hotel veí per saber com arribar-hi (el GPS t'envia a un altre lloc). Cal posar indicadors clars a l'entrada del camí. Zona d'entrada i aparcament absolutament plena de fang, ja que havia plogut... cosa molt normal allí. Sort que tenen un carret que facilita dur els equipatges, però estaria be que es cuides aquests problema.

The showerhead is located halfway through the shower cubicle which meant that a lot of water came inside the bathroom while taken a shower. The ventilator didn't operate in the bathroom which meant that a small window was left open in the bathroom for ventilation. The drawback was ingress of mosquitoes into the room/bathroom. The lighting in the room could be enhanced, often we felt that the room was too dark.

"I loved that it was nestled in its own private space. There are 4 lodges in the vicinity and all have their own balcony’s that you can enjoy individually. Our water pressure was great. Also the unit was nice and clean."

Nothing: We actually didn’t book the transfers cause we had another vehicle organised however that fell through. But mama let us go first to the lodge and she’d wait at the airport. Lucky she got a ride back home from the family at airport. She has an immense amount of responsibility and knowledge of the island. As a local to Rarotonga people like her are very rare to be around. I am so grateful to have had crossed paths with her. Na te Atua I tauturu iakoe e Mama Manarangi. Maroiroi koe I toou oraanga. Meitaki atupaka kiakoe no te akonoanga ia tatou.

"Overall it's a good experience, room/wash room was clean. At the time of booking they confirm complimentary breakfast but it wasn't available. Location is great"

"Great location at the South side of Song Kul lake. Breakfast was tasty and plenty. You can also get (packed) lunches and dinner. Phone reception is good and you can charge your phone in the evening in the main yurt. Stayed for two nights there. So peaceful and relaxing. Loved it!"

"The huts are amazing, great location max. 3 minutes from the slope if you stay in the furthest one. They’re clean and warm, have all the things you need to cook a pretty decent dinner for a couple of people and there’s even sponges and dish soap at the property. The huts are very warm and they stay that way during the night so you won’t be cold. The owner is great and is quick to offer whatever help you need. It’s a quiet place without many people going through and you can’t hear anything going on in the other houses. The WiFi is very good and each hut has its own router."

The towels provided are every small (basically hand towels) - that’s not bad really but it’d be nice if that information was provided. Kind of no place to put your skis and snowboards except on the small terrace - unless you’d like them in your bedroom - but that’s not a big problem.

"El millor ha estat el bon tracte del personal. El gerent, Ratne, és una persona excelent i tracta de ser molt just amb els clients. Qualsevol dubte i consulta la pot respondre o fa el possible per ajudarte. No hem hagut de planificar cap excursió, ell ho organitzava tot. L'esmorzar ha estat molt bò. La ubicació és excelent."

La caseta/habitació necessita una mica més de cura en la llimpiesa.

"The room was beautiful opening up to a sea view. Could go kayaking from just outside the room. The lodge had kayaks and life jackets available to guests. Could also go fishing or swimming - just idyllic! The staff were also really helpful. I would most definitely stay here again."

I can’t think of anything i didn’t like

The carpets might need changing, they didn't smell good. An elevator would make it easy to access the upstairs rooms for older and disabled guests.

The log cabin accommodation was warm, comfortable and beautifully unique in the attention to detail, artistically designed carved wood, stretched leather, fur chair and stone framed mirror. Husky ride was fun learning about their training from friendly staff. Highly recommended for a comfortable and unique experience."

Couldn’t improve this stay it was excellent. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

La climatització durant el dia, però amb un jersei s’arregla bastant. Tot i que em van donar moltes facilitats per rentar la roba, no estaria de més ficar una rentadora i secadora sols per als clients
