"This is a fantastic location if you want to get away from the bustle of the city and only half an hour from the airport and Agadir. Beautifully restored Kasbah with productive gardens and a salt water pool (perfect if like me you can't cope with chlorine) We were lucky enough to visit after rain and the wildflowers blooming in the surrounding fields were beautiful. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly."

Cold water shower (was fine for body but just cold for washing hair!), the vents in wall allowed a lot of smoke in which made me quite coughy but wasn’t a big issue

"Чудове місце для відпочинку сімʼєю. Дуже задоволені. Було дуже затишно і комфортно. Велика територія біля котеджа – є все необхідне для барбекю, альтанки і качелі для дітей. Відпочивали взимку, але в приміщенні було дуже тепло. Є санвузли у кожній спальні, що дуже зручно. Окреме спасибі пані Олі, адміністратору котеджа. Турбувалася про нас, щоб ми почувалися максимально комфортно. Плануємо повернутися сюди влітку 🙂"

Трошки замалий холодильник. Було б добре, щоб він був трохи більшим і мав трохи більшу морозильну камеру. Також не зайвими були б ще кілька кастрюль та великі миски.

"Everything. In summer, when the site is full of campers, the view from the cabin would be obscured by tents. But, end of September, when we visited, our view was green lawns sloping down to the river. Lovely."

Booking.com told us it was 7 miles from Vianden. It is not. 22-24 depending which route you choose. We had planned to go the 7 miles back to Vianden for dinner, but 22 winding miles? No.

"Everything was perfect. The place was just so beautiful. Very modern and clean. I loved the interior design a lot. The kitchen was full equipped and they gave us towels for the beach as well. The distance to the city center and the beaches were no longer than 25 min. Ana and her daughter were super kind and very nice. They even let us store our language because we had a flight in the afternoon. We could have used the shower as well. All in all we loved our stay and hope to come back again 😊"

Only thing that was missing was a place to dry the clothes (for example a drying rack). Besides that there was absolutely nothing negative!

"El tracte amable de la propietària. L'entorn rural de la casa. Els llits eren molt còmodes. L'espai comú era molt confortable."

Degut al temps meteorològic, l'apartament i l'aigua no eren prou calents. A la cuina, es va acabar el paper de cuina de seguida. Les tovalloles no eren de gaire bona qualitat. Les carreteres per accedir-hi era molt estretes. Queda molt allunyat del poble.

"I loved the calmness, convenient location and very supportive team. Cyril made sure I had the best experience in Victoria falls. He also helped me with all my activities and recommended great places for me to eat at or visit. The place was great with all that I needed, fully equipped kitchen, delicious breakfast etc.I will add my ink and voice to the rest of the travellers to say this hideout is highly recommended. Thank you Cyril and Team. I made it safely Back to Uganda and will ensure you have more visitors from Uganda 😃"

"The people were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a free lift into town and back and answered all of our questions. The setting is beautiful next to the water with a lovely log cabin. I'd definitely stay again, especially in summer as it's a great alternative to Ciudad del Este."

It can be a bit cold if the weather isn't good.

"Milos and Klea were such lovely hosts. We stumbled across this place trying to find a last minute stay, and we ended up going back for another night a few days later and had a bbq with them and a lovely view!"

"The room was beautiful opening up to a sea view. Could go kayaking from just outside the room. The lodge had kayaks and life jackets available to guests. Could also go fishing or swimming - just idyllic! The staff were also really helpful. I would most definitely stay here again."

I can’t think of anything i didn’t like

"Staff went above and beyond to make our stay for my birthday a wonderful experience. Hotel was in the perfect location for ease of access to the train station and the town itself. Amenities were clean and room was spacious."

Overall the decor and energy of the hotel felt a bit dated but not a massive complaint that would stop me from booking again in the future as there was more positives to outweigh the aesthetic.
