"The location though away from the city centre is very well accessible as the bus reaches right outside the hotel. The staff are really exceptional in helping out and guiding. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. All in all worth the buck."

"Es tracta més d'un lloguer d'habitacions que no pas d'un veritable hotel (no té espais comuns ni ofereix esmorzars). Vam reservar l'habitació a les 6 de la tarda i no vam rebre instruccions per mail per poder entrar. A la porta hi havia un telefon i hi vam trucar. Una noia molt apressada ens va dir el codi per obrir la porta principal. Un cop dins, el check in amb una màquina va ser fàcil de fer. Al cap de mitja hora vam demanar consell sobre el pàrquing i no ens van contestar el missatge fins l'endemà. Tenint en compte que està en una zona amb poques places per aparcar al carrer i molt cares (3 CHF l'hora, inclús a les hores de nit) t'haurien d'enviar un mail indicant on està el pàrquing públic més proper (hi ha un pàrquing de diversos pisos a 5 minuts a peu a meitat de preu que al carrer). Aquesta informació també estaria bé que estigués a la porta de l'hotel i que tinguessin un conveni amb el pàrquing per fer reducció de preu als clients."

"Beautiful historic building located in Luzern. The owners and the employees are so kind and considerate of the guests. The room and the whole hotel was very clean. The restaurant is amazing. High quality food and service from the breakfast to the dinner."
