"The room was spacious and comfortable, my kid was not feeling well when we arrived due to the cold weather but he able to rest and recover quickly due to the comfort of the room. Very friendly and helpful staff at the counter, assist with our cab booking to go to the train station at 4.15am, much appreciated"

"Very convenient location to all Luzern attractions within walking distance. Basic amenities available for stay over. Hotel provides free city public transport pass but we didn’t take up since we travelled on Swiss Travel Pass already. If you are just visiting Luzern city, this will be a plus to save commuting cost within city. There are frequent trams going from hotel to Luzern main train station if you do not want to walk. Also thanks to the friendly staff at the reception who made us feel warmth during winter travel!"
