"Very kind and friendly reception staff who kept a bag for me until I returned from the Bernina Express. This was also left waiting for me in my room when I arrived which was a lovely touch. Refillable water available at reception. Room was small but cute and clean and perfectly fine for one person. Nice to have a full length mirror. Very accommodating about leaving luggage after check out with hangers for your coat too. I had some time to kill before my flight and the reception area is a nice place to chill for a while without feeling like you are bothering anyone and the bathroom beside reception is lovely to freshen up in."

"One of the best experiences I have ever had with a hotel. All workers were really kind to me since the beginning to the end of my stay. The room was clean with all necessary thing you might need included. Breakfast had a lot of options (I'm vegetarian and I totally enjoyed it!). Check in and check out really fast to do. Close to the centre and sorrounded by some good restaurants. I totally recommend this hotel and I have no diubt where to stay on my next visit to Züri. Dankeschön!!"

The receptionist was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, always happy to explain everything in detail and assist with any questions. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which added to the overall comfort.
