"The hotel is OK and the staff helpful ... to a certain extent. The staff refused to consider a checkout extension (which the Hilton chain usually grants) although I know the hotel was empty and I was the only guest!"
"The room was very noisy because there are cracks on the window's wood panel that are not fixed. The combination of cobbled-stone street and delivery trucks passing through the hotel in the middle of the night (at full speed) made me feel as if I was sleeping under a passing freight train at full speed!"
