Punt positiu:
"Lovely hotel with an amazing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which really made our stay special. The location is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning. We were pleasantly surprised by the very thoughtful welcome package, including soap, shampoo, a comb, shaving kit, and a hair cap — a small detail that made a big difference. Breakfast was very enjoyable, with fresh omelettes made on request, and it was great that free tea was available throughout the day. The hotel staff also went out of their way to think along with us when we had excursions planned, even arranging a lunch box for us. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!"
Punt negatiu:
"The only downside for us was the location on a very steep hill. Taxis and tour buses do not stop directly at the hotel, so you do need to be in good physical condition and able to walk uphill to reach it. Other than that, everything was excellent."

"Quiet neighborhood and super helpful host Jose. He was always available any time of the day. The room was neat and had kitchen and basic appliances. Bathroom has geyser for hot water but water pressure is always an issue all across Cusco.. but Jose was always prompt and helpful. I would recommend this place. Very near to supermarket and walking distance to Plaza de Armas."

"After staying in the city Center for a while and experiencing the hustle and bustle, I decided to book a stay outside the Center. I absolutely loved this apartment, so warm and welcoming. Vilme is the loveliest host I’ve ever met, so welcoming and so caring! The house is beautiful (like a palace!), the room is big, and the bed is comfortable."
Punt negatiu:
"The curtain could have been slightly darker."

"Appartement plutôt moderne à environ 700 m du centre, prévoir un taxi pour se rendre en ville c'est plus pratique et peu cher environ 5 soles. Sinon en marchant un bon quart d'heure. La propriétaire est au petits soins, un amour"
