Punt positiu:
"Lovely hotel with an amazing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which really made our stay special. The location is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning. We were pleasantly surprised by the very thoughtful welcome package, including soap, shampoo, a comb, shaving kit, and a hair cap — a small detail that made a big difference. Breakfast was very enjoyable, with fresh omelettes made on request, and it was great that free tea was available throughout the day. The hotel staff also went out of their way to think along with us when we had excursions planned, even arranging a lunch box for us. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!"
Punt negatiu:
"The only downside for us was the location on a very steep hill. Taxis and tour buses do not stop directly at the hotel, so you do need to be in good physical condition and able to walk uphill to reach it. Other than that, everything was excellent."

Punt positiu:
"Helpful host despite the lack of English. We had a little confusion about the room because I arrived early but the host was very generous with letting me use a spare room for a few hours before my booked room was ready. I only spent a few hours in the room because I was out all day and had to leave early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, hot water was easily available and the view from the 5th floor was very good."
Punt negatiu:
"It's pretty far from the centre and public transport isn't always accessible. But it's a good spot if you enjoy living away from touristy areas and close to where the locals live."

"Creaky, moving beds. Rooms are quite cramped. There seemed to be just one bathroom per floor."
