"The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. We really felt welcomed and taken care of. We had a 4:00am early morning start for a trip to Machu Picchu and they were lovely enough to wake up early and prepare a little breakfast baggie so we could snack on something for the long trip. They're not all fluent in English but between using translating apps and context and some limited knowledge of Spanish we got by. This was a very comfortable stay. It's also very close to the airport, and it's a walkable (but long walk) distance to the central area of Cusco."

"The host is very friendly and extremaly helpful. Location is great - 20 minute walk from the main square of Cusco. There was no problem for the tour company to pick us up from and back to the hotel. There is a warm water all the time, nice breakfasts from 6:30 (when leaving early we got breakfast package)."

The beds are really comfortable and the fact that it is not located in the inner city didn't hurt. It's a 20 min walk."

"First of all, they offered a transport from the airport which was very convenient. When it comes to the location, the hotel is located a bit away from the center but it's not an issue -20mins walk, 5mins by taxi and there are lots of local and good restaurants around, at the same time it's quiet. Both hotel and the room itself was very clean, the bed was so big and comfy, we loved it! But the best part is the owners - the nicest people, we felt taken care of each day. You can get a coca tea for free for the altitude, the breakfasts are prepared freshly and were so yummy! And when you're going for a trip early in the morning, they will provide you with a 'take-out box' with some fruits, snacks and water. If you have questions or needs, they will surely try to help. We would surely stay there again. PS. You need to wait a little bit for a hot water to come, but it's there! :)"
