Punt positiu:
"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The sauna was a real highlight – very relaxing and well-maintained. The location is quiet, providing a peaceful environment for rest. The rooms were comfortable, offering a good night’s sleep. While the breakfast wasn’t anything extraordinary, it was sufficient with enough variety to start the day. Overall, this is a great place for those looking for comfort and tranquility. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if you appreciate a good sauna experience!"
Punt negatiu:
"The early check-in fee of 40,000 tenge felt unreasonably high. The saunas, although a nice feature, were overcrowded, making it difficult to fully enjoy them. While I understand standard check-in and check-out times, given this is a local resort, it would make sense to align these times with train arrivals to help travelers avoid unnecessary expenses. A bit more customer loyalty, like free or reduced-cost early check-in, would go a long way in improving the overall experience."

Punt positiu:
"The room was great, and location is perfect for stay in Burabay (Borovoye), staff was friendly and helpful."
Punt negatiu:
"Wi-Fi signal was weak or non-existent, there is a paid option available (per GB), but this is rather unusual and not helpful. The whole period of stay I used my mobile data for everything. Restaurant for breakfast starts at 9, I am rather an early bird and have breakfast at 6-7 am, I had a room with kitchen so was not a problem, however I find it inconvenient for early birds."
