"Great location. Some of the staff are amazing, though a few seemed a bit unhappy or unfriendly. The food is very good, and the drinks are served ice cold."
"The beds were extremely uncomfortable—I couldn’t sleep because the mattresses are hard as a rock. Please consider replacing them. Some of the extra furniture is unnecessary and makes the room look cluttered. The TVs also need upgrades, as they appear very old or very cheap. The pool water looked cloudy. With the number of people using it, the pool needs better filtration and more frequent cleaning."
