"Excellent room, everything worked. Breakfast had more variety than in most places. Pancakes with cheese and French toast were available, for example, among a reasonably large variety of cakes. There is a tram station a couple of hundred meters away which takes you straight into the city centre. We arrived early but the lady at reception arranged for the room to be cleaned and we got our room at 12:30, she was very kind and accommodating."

"It was very quiet and clean. The staff are amazing. It may not be near from the Old Town or other tourist areas but it is very near the tram stop. So it is still convenient. Even if it’s far, I feel that it’s a better place to stay bec you will be far from the noise as well!"

"The breakfast buffet was really tasty and with a good selection of dishes available. The check-in was really straightforward and quick. Interior design is definitely a departure from the millenial greige and is cozy. Room amenities do include a minifridge which is helpful."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is quite cozy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet area, which makes it great for a peaceful rest. Breakfast was good, buffet-style with enough variety. The hotel is very close to Tauron Arena, so if you’re coming for a concert or any event there, this is definitely the best place to stay. However, it’s quite far from the city center, so I wouldn’t recommend it for sightseeing — though there’s a tram and bus stop nearby, which makes it easy to get around."

"Lovely, clean, and cozy hotel located near a beautiful park with incredible fountains — a must-see if you're staying at the hotel. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a restful stay. There's a tram stop right in front of the hotel, offering easy access to the historical city center in just 10 minutes. The breakfast is very good, and free parking is available right in front of the building. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Krakow. I would be happy to come back again!"
