"La ubicació és ideal per visitar el centre de Cracòvia. El bufet d'esmorzar és força variat i complet. El personal és forca amable."

"El llit no era de matrimoni sinó dos individuals junts. El telèfon de dutxa no s'aguantava en el seu suport. La cortina no evita que entri el sol a primerísima hora del matí, les 4.30. En general, les instal·lacions són de tres estrelles, justetes."

"L'hotel Matejko està situat a 5 minuts caminant de la plaça central de Cracòvia. La situació és immillorable per explorar la ciutat i disposa de recepció les 24h. L'esmorzar també és correcte i complert. La mida de les habtacions i el lavabo és espaiosa. Ens hi tornaríem a allotjar sense cap mena de dubte. Marxàvem de matinada i ens van preparar un esmorzar per emportar-nos i ens van organitzar el taxi per anar a l'aeroport."

"Érem una família i vam reservar 4 habitacions, una de les quals era una habitació doble i hi van afegir un llit plegable, ja que hi dormirn 3 adults. El matalàs era molt prim i incòmode. En demanar-ne un altre, ens en van donar un que no era de la mateixa mida i al matí següent ens en van afegir un altre. L'hotel va respondre a la nostra queixa eficientment, però pensem que potser s'haurien de canviar els llits plegables si hi ha de dormir un adult."

"Told by police that passport or driving licence must be carried with you at all times. Also you are fined if you do not cross the road at crossings only."

"Conveniently located between the train station and the old town, with access to Matejko Square, perfect for relaxing in nature, and two Zhabka stores nearby. There's also a church with its bells nearby."

"The location was superb, close to train station and main square of old Town. Easy to find. Lots around area: shops cafés, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, delicious food and the breakfast room staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room clean and windows opened fully! Nice view, great noise reduction from glazing. We would come back when next in Krakow."

"Reception staff not welcoming. Barely looked up and never said hello or bye even when you did. Rooms are tired and need some updating. Pillows are awful. Did get extra pillow but like sleeping on cottonwool. No tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast room needs some background music or the news on the TV to soften the stark silence."

"Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Krakow I had a great stay at this hotel during my visit to Krakow. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. The staff was helpful and courteous, always willing to assist with any questions. Breakfast offered a nice selection to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Krakow!"
