"The room was very cosy, comfortable and homely. It was very clean and a great location as it is 10 minutes walk from the main square and Wawel Castle. Near a tram stop and about 20 minutes walk from a train station. Lots to eat nearby and the cafe downstairs is well priced with good food."

"It's very close to a tram line so the trams are loud. If you're sensitive to noise when sleeping it will disrupt your sleep as the trams run from 5am and keep going until after 11pm. Very good earplugs and a white noise machine help but not totally. It may be a common problem in krakow but I booked it as many reviews said it was quiet and peaceful which were wrong."

"There was a problem with the water in the shower. It would go from hot to cold for a period of 20-30 seconds. There was very hot in Krakow when we where there (33-34 degrees Celsius) so in the room was hot too. There was a fan but it was not enough. But maybe it happens not often in Krakow."

"Even though it says ‘the rooms’, at least mine had a private bathroom, so it felt more like a hotel with a human touch. The owner and the staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a special guest. The cafe downstairs offers nutritious breakfasts and proper coffee/matcha"

"Monika and her employees were very nice and accommodating. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe at this accomodation and also in this neighborhood and highly recommend this for women travelers! I had everything I needed here and I was very pleased that I had a kitchen and could prepare my own meals. Also liked that I asked the cleaning lady not to go into my room (when I travel I would rather not have anyone coming into my room and if I need something I go ask) and she respected this. The place was clean, and the inside temperature was pleasing (they provide you with a fan that helped cool the temperature in the room) but I guess on very hot summer days with over 30degress you could feel some disconfort (I stayed on the last floor). So I reccomend this place especially to women that wanna feel and be safe!"
