"A wonderful little complex that is hidden away in an unassuming back street. The unit we stayed is was fantastic. Clean and modern facilities everything we needed was there, comfy beds, comfy seating, spacious and modern kitchen and wash room, good sized shower so you dont feel like you are in a broom closet. Alot of good food options just a short 5 minute drive away, also close to a pak and save so you can stock up on road snacks or groceries if you prefer to cook yourself. One of the best places i have stayed so far and well worth it."

Our room looked out onto a lovely green garden and it was exceptionally quiet. It is conveniently situated close to the beach"

"If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Coromandel peninsula, this is it. The Lodge is quite large with everything you could need: kitchenette, couch and TV, comfy bed, large bathroom (tub + huge shower), terrace and the a spectacular view of Whitianga! As you would expect, it was very quiet, and the layout is such that, that you can enjoy total privacy. Carol and Warren were very welcoming and we had a nice chat every morning with Warren as he brought us a lovely breakfast. The road up the lodge is fairly steep but it wasn't an issue at all, so if you have a decent car I wouldn't worry about it. While in our particular case, we didn't have the best weather throughout the stay, we appreciated that the lodge is furnished so as to feel like home, which made for a cozy day in. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the furnishing and decorating of the lodge!"
