"Was welcomed by Mai who gave me my key and showed me around the shared areas. The house was very tired but clean."

"It was on a very steep hill but that’s Dunedin. All hills. Found out there was a bus stop just the house."

"The whole place is dilapidated, very creaky floors which transmitted into my cell. Kitchen was large, cold, without tea, coffee or milk! There was no fridge in the kitchen, but there was a bar fridge in my cell."

"Old building very run down - threadbare carpets, MANY loose floor boards which creaked whenever anyone walked anywhere in the house. Ballymena's ad said private kitchen. It is not - it is a shared kitchen - but more than adequate."
