"The location was really good and the restaurant staff was really really nice, in particular Fernando and Antonio. The food of the restaurant was also really good and quite cheap."
"Before arriving it was difficult to get in touch to be sure that a cot will be disponible in our room for our baby."
"This hotel was situated in the perfect position to explore. The best part for me were two exceptional staff members Leonel and Karla from reception that came to my rescue when my flight was postponed by 4 days. Using google translate and pure determination on thru part they were able to put in touch with the airline and look at alternative airports. I cannot thank them enough. Their help and support during a very stressful time allowed me to continue my holiday."

"La ubicación excelente, muy cerca de elektra,, de chedraui, oxxo enfrente a 10 min del centro de Crucecita y playas la entrega y Muelle donde salen a tours a 15min. Aprox. También en el hotel puedes contratar el tour de las bahías transporte redondo. Ambiente familiar. Cuenta con estacionamiento muy amplio. Zona muy tranquila."

"Está en una ubicación excelente accesible a todo, al lado de la plaza comercial, frente al OXXO, con buen estacionamiento, habitaciones cómodas y limpias, con buena vista al boulevard, con internet en todo el hotel, la alberca pequeña pero bonita y limpia, la mayoria del personal muy atento."
"Únicamente que no haya atención por parte de la seguridad del hotel ya que de las 3 noches que nos quedamos habían unos huéspedes que se la pasaban de fiesta hasta tarde haciendo mucho ruido en los pasillos y aunque estabamos justo encima de recepcion no les llamaban la atención por respeto a los demás que necesitábamos descansar."
