"Un dels nois de la recepció. No se'l veia gaire disposat a ajudar quan ens vàrem queixar de l'Internet. L'endemà els seu cap ens ho va sol·lucionar fent un senzill reset del router."

"I really loved the location—walking distance (less than 30 minutes) to 3 bays and beaches (Chahue, Santa Cruz, and Arrocita) and to La Crucecita. The property and my room were clean, bright, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the attached restaurant was very good and good value, served by friendly and accommodating waiters/waitresses."

"I would have appreciated having the use of a beach/pool towel. (The room towels were not to be removed for those purposes and I had to borrow a towel from a friend that owns a condo nearby.)There was an occasional faint smell from the pipes in the bathroom (sewage), but it didn’t linger. No little fridge in the room and no ice machine on the premises. The restaurant closed at 3:00 pm. However, making these amenities would have increased the price of the room, most likely."

"Very polite and supportive staff. The rooms were always clean and we liked the layout of the hotel with the pool in the center as a social area. Nearby supermarket made grocery shopping easy."

"The only critique would be the lack of available coffee service in the room or by the pool. Hard to get a coffee before restaurants open."

"The location was good. 15min walking distance to Santa Cruz Beach and city centre. The hotel was clean and beds comfortable. The reception staff were lovely."

"We didn’t like that there was no kettle available in the room. We love drinking hot tea in the evening and the hotel restaurant was closed at 3pm. The restaurant staff appeared always unhappy and never smiling. Once I came 10min earlier before the service began and wanted to pour myself coffee as it was ready to go but the waitress said that I am not allowed. I have been to many hotels in Asia and South America and always staff was going above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. I didn’t feel this attitude in Hotel Mexico Lindo. The pool area was always very loud in the evening so if you are sensitive to noise request a room further away."

"Breakfast was regional Mexican dishes. They offer a buffet during weekends during low season. Well located, within minutes to Chahue and Santa Cruz beaches also within 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Small and local hotel. Close to a Chedraui supermarket and an Oxxo, Spacious rooms and a pool."

"Maybe a little frigobar to keep some food when people are staying a bit longer."

"Here are the negatives: - The restaurant closes at 3 pm - No fridge in the rooms - There is no coffee or tea-making facility in the room or on-site after the restaurant closes at 3 pm. We found this disappointing after returning to the hotel before dinner and not being able to get a cup of tea/coffee/soft drink. We took to visiting a beach bar to get a cup of coffee."
