Located in the Ville Nouvelle district of the city, this air-conditioned casa rural has a traditional Moroccan décor with Zellige and ancient engravings. It features a bistrot and a balneari urbà and a hammam. Guest rooms are simply decorated and offer a TV with satellite channels. "Enjoyed my stay here. I had a nice, quiet room (112), very clean and well equipped. The hotel is in a very typical area of Fes, with shops and cafés where regular people go, which I prefer to touristy areas with big international hotels. They organised a taxi for me at 3 in the morning to be taken to the airport."

"L'habitació era molt confortable, neta i amb encant. El propietari molt atent, i l'edifici molt autèntic. El menjar molt correcte. La ubicació per nosaltres va ser molt bona pq buscàvem un allotjament al costat del Palmeral en un poblet petit. És l'únic allotjament en un poblet de 300hab. Si vols et fan una visita guiada pel Palmeral, amb un cost adicional."
