"L’accueil était formidable ! Attendez bien qu’elle vous envoie les bonnes directions par ce que sur booking ce n’est pas clair ! La maison est super mignon , très bien placé ( au calme ) et bien décorée. Moi je suis hollandaise donc je n’avais pas de problème avec l’escalier hyper pentu et les marches très étroite !"

"Molt bona ubicació. Davant del llac i prop d'Inari. Ideal pel relax i per fer rutes de senderisme properes. La cabanya en sí ens ha encantat i els voltants també. El personal és amable, la noia de recepció del primer dia ens va informar molt bé dels voltants. Repetiríem sens dubte!"

Els únics punts negatius són: 1.- La pica del lavabo és molt petita i just a sobre hi ha l'armari que no et permet rentar-te amb comoditat. Podrien ficar una pica més gran perquè hi ha prou espai. 2.- A sobre la cuina hi faltaria una llum més per poder cuinar i rentar bé els plats a l'aigüera.

"Cabanyes a tocar de l'entrada del parc, encara que fora del mateix. Ben equipades, espacioses i calefacció correcte. Persona de recepció agradable, tot i que sols la vàrem veure uns minuts al arribar."

Molt mal indicada la seva via d'entrada. Vàrem haver de preguntar a un hotel veí per saber com arribar-hi (el GPS t'envia a un altre lloc). Cal posar indicadors clars a l'entrada del camí. Zona d'entrada i aparcament absolutament plena de fang, ja que havia plogut... cosa molt normal allí. Sort que tenen un carret que facilita dur els equipatges, però estaria be que es cuides aquests problema.

Les habitacions són justetes però la Rosita ho vompensa amb escreix. Deixeu-vos portar i aconsellar!

"Incredibly stay! The photos don’t show how beautiful the grounds are. Super recommend the tents and wandering down to the beach clubs in the area for beers and a swim. All of the staff were amazing at helping us organise everything and the food was delicious - special shout out to Brigitte for making our stay extra special, even letting us come into the kitchen so we could learn how to make African tea - we miss you Brigitte!!!"

"We spent a few days in spacious bungalows. We were picked up by taxi from the airport and quickly arrived at our accommodation, where Cynthia was waiting for us. Cynthia provided us with detailed information about the property (water, safety, etc.) and shared interesting facts about the area (shops, restaurants, and the beach). The bungalows have a well-equipped kitchenette and a large terrace, from which we could admire the starry sky in the evenings. In the morning, we were served a delicious breakfast, including homemade yogurt and jam. The morning conversations with Cynthia during breakfast were wonderful. The guesthouse also offered free rental of easy-to-use bicycles. We have fond memories of our lazy days on the atoll, and we highly recommend this guesthouse."

The guesthouse is no longer the newest, but that's why it has its own atmosphere.

"Beautiful place. We stayed with family in three different rooms. Beautiful views, spacious and clean rooms. The ladies that clean the hotel were very nice. We got there early, left our things in a locker and went to flamenco beach and returned to access our rooms by a door code. The room was amazing with a small kitchen with kitchen utensils, towels and beach towels. The rooms had great air conditioner and there was a constant breeze outside that we could enjoy the balcony as well. I think the room Was even more spacious than the website pictures. ☺️"

"The place and outlook are very nice on the vulcano, from room and from jacuzzi :) The secret hike trail is very nice and should not be missed (Mariposa trail?). Jacuzzi is also very nice extra."

Breakfast could be a little more. You can choose from a menu. It was good, but an additional side or some bread would be nice. The street to the hotel could better maintained.

"Friendly supportive staff. The log cabin accommodation was warm, comfortable and beautifully unique in the attention to detail, artistically designed carved wood, stretched leather, fur chair and stone framed mirror. Husky ride was fun learning about their training from friendly staff. Highly recommended for a comfortable and unique experience."

Couldn’t improve this stay it was excellent. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

"L'espai és preciós, la remodelació de les habitacions està feta amb molt de gust i conservant l'essència d'una casa d'una zona rural muntanyosa. L'habitació espaiosa. És tal i com s'ensenya a Booking. Constava de : zona de dormir + una zona de sala d'estar+ un bany, i una zona exterior amb una taula i dos cadires. El tracte també ha estat perfecte."

No hi ha res que m'hagi desagradat, però per dir una cosa, m'agradaria haver tingut una miqueta més de llum a l'habitació, tant sols un llum auxiliar per una estona de lectura.

"L'hotel ofereix una experiència completa de la selva i l'amazònia. Màximes facilitats, transfer fins a l'aeroport inclòs. Habitacions confortables, lloc molt bonic, bons guies i menjar sa i bo. Facilitats per al check out després de dinar... Molt recomanable."

"The huts are amazing, great location max. 3 minutes from the slope if you stay in the furthest one. They’re clean and warm, have all the things you need to cook a pretty decent dinner for a couple of people and there’s even sponges and dish soap at the property. The huts are very warm and they stay that way during the night so you won’t be cold. The owner is great and is quick to offer whatever help you need. It’s a quiet place without many people going through and you can’t hear anything going on in the other houses. The WiFi is very good and each hut has its own router."

The towels provided are every small (basically hand towels) - that’s not bad really but it’d be nice if that information was provided. Kind of no place to put your skis and snowboards except on the small terrace - unless you’d like them in your bedroom - but that’s not a big problem.

"Everything was exceptional - the hospitality, the service, the setting, the food, the environment. The service was some of the best I have ever experienced. The safari guides were exceptionally knowledgeable - we learned a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of every game drive. The food was 10/10 - I am gluten free and they prepared a separate menu for me every meal time. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!"

Nothing - I do not have a bad word to say about Long Lee. It exceeded our expectations and more.
