"I loved the calmness, convenient location and very supportive team. Cyril made sure I had the best experience in Victoria falls. He also helped me with all my activities and recommended great places for me to eat at or visit. The place was great with all that I needed, fully equipped kitchen, delicious breakfast etc.I will add my ink and voice to the rest of the travellers to say this hideout is highly recommended. "Lovely peaceful place to stay in Vic Falls - always a warm welcome from Cyril and the staff - fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook your own meals and complimentary tea and coffee in the bedroom. The pool for cooling off is great. Just a few minutes from the centre of town."

"Enjoyed my stay at Pennywise Cottages. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, working AC and fan. Convenient location: 25 minutes walk to the falls and 15 minutes to supermarkets and downtown. Quiet area. There's a breakfast served every morning for US5 - inform the reception a day ahead. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"The room was spacious. The basics. The plumbing worked, the water was hot and the place was clean and the overhead fan and air conditioner worked. It's close enough to town to walk, even in scorching heat. Great to have access to a kitchen."

"It's not really a negative. It's wonderful to have access to a pool and it's a nice deep pool. Note that it's in the owner's space so it's not a pool to sit around. Also it's not fenced, so the place is not suited to toddlers or kids that may fall into the pool."

"Breakfast provided for a small cost, pretty good (English Breakfast). Great staff and the pictures online don't quite do the rooms/place justice. Great price for Vic Falls too, felt this was a great stay. decent shower too."
