Vinland Camping Pods

"The pods were super cute and cozy and just like in the photos. It was a great little space to come back to at the end of the day to sleep. The toilet was a super short walk and simple with what was needed. We didn't use the shower as we had been at pools/baths as the last part of our days and used the ones there. Awesome bonus of seeing the reindeer when walking to and from the toilet as the reindeer park was right behind the pod. Easy check in with a key box and easy check out as well."

"I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews. The pod was clean, warm spacious. There are no linens provided,you have to pay extra but we had sleeping bags. When we arrived there were free linens. The bathroom is old but clean, you can see the reindeer from the bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and clean as well. The view from the pod is also nice"

"If you make Island tour with tent this is a good solution to warm up and sleep comfortable for one night. POD solution is nice and cozy, in the middle of nature and silence. There's also nice big kitchen with living room where you can cook and relax.woth a cupole of tea. We had also the possibility to use the washing machine which is a nice plus in the middle of 11 days tour. Reception staff very gentle"

"I would suggest to do something on pod's window to seal better because even if we visited Iceland end of June, this week temperature where around 5-6 degree and cold air was going straight to our heads 😀, but for rest everything was comfortable"

"Very cozy, exactly what you expect from a camping pod. We loved it especially with the reindeer park next to it. The people running it are incredibly friendly and caring. Would definitely recommend!"

"A bit pricey for the offer: we have used nicer huts in more popular areas. The huts were really tiny. The bathroom in the woods put a few people off but it is in fact clean and nice."

"The shower and toilet in the big building could really do with an upgrade. The exposed plumbing is unsightly and the shower area looks very shabby."

"Amazing place, nature around, calm, birds chirping. We didn't expect to see deer right next to the cabin. It was a prize. The possibility to play billiards, etc. in the shared building. Everything was wonderful."
