"El tracte per part dels treballadors de l’hotel va ser excel·lent. Les seves intal·lacions són molt boniques. L’habitació molt àmplia i semblava que estiguessis en una habitació d’un castell."

El coixí era de plumes (crec) i quedava tan aplastat que semblava que no tinguessis coixí.

"The huts are amazing, great location max. 3 minutes from the slope if you stay in the furthest one. They’re clean and warm, have all the things you need to cook a pretty decent dinner for a couple of people and there’s even sponges and dish soap at the property. The huts are very warm and they stay that way during the night so you won’t be cold. The owner is great and is quick to offer whatever help you need. It’s a quiet place without many people going through and you can’t hear anything going on in the other houses. The WiFi is very good and each hut has its own router."

The towels provided are every small (basically hand towels) - that’s not bad really but it’d be nice if that information was provided. Kind of no place to put your skis and snowboards except on the small terrace - unless you’d like them in your bedroom - but that’s not a big problem.

The showerhead is located halfway through the shower cubicle which meant that a lot of water came inside the bathroom while taken a shower. The ventilator didn't operate in the bathroom which meant that a small window was left open in the bathroom for ventilation. The drawback was ingress of mosquitoes into the room/bathroom. The lighting in the room could be enhanced, often we felt that the room was too dark.

The staff give an extremely warm reception, they are super friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and what can be done…..if they didn’t know, they knew someone who does. For example, they arranged a night watching the turtles and a guide to walk some local waterfalls. The food was out of this world, fresh and local produce cooked by chefs who’ve been cooking their whole life."

"Breakfast was fine - just remember to inform the owner the day before if you require breakfast. Ingrid, the co-owner, is a lovely woman and a fine, traditional cook. You will never leave the table hungry! Whilst she can offer beer at an extra cost, we tended to buy our own along with wine to drink at dinner. Again, you will need to inform Ingrid on the day if you require dinner later. There is no choice; me and my wife are both omnivores with no allergies or intollerances, and always liked what she prepared! Our lodge was spacious with a generous deck overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the sea in the background."

A small fridge in our lodge would have been a great bonus - however, we were free to use Ingrid's fridge. The shower was also a little on the dribbly side!

A 10 minuts en cotxe del telecadira als llacs de Rila. Personal molt amable. Tenen restaurant (s'hi pot dinar i sopar)"

"Beautiful place next to a river and the mangrove bushes. The lady at the service desk speaks very good English. That’s was very helpful. The excursion to the monkeys was very fun and the boat tour was beautiful!"

We had a cockroach in our room

"Nina is a charming and caring host who gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. The property is wonderful, the rooms spacious, comfortable and cozy and the breakfast was delicious!! We should have stayed longer!!!"

Not a thing

It is 30 minutes on a very bumpy road from the gate to the national park and we were the only people to pass through each day. This end of the park is forest and scrub so very difficult to see game. There are not many roads in the park and almost no signage.

"Great location, very quiet area, 5mins to walk to the seafront. Excellent for those who are looking relax and spend some quality time with themselves or family."

Room was a little bit smelly but it wasn’t a huge issue for us

"This is a beautiful and well run place to stay. I was made welcome as soon as I arrived. Room was very nice and such good value for money. Peaceful place even with it being next to the lake where there was much singing and dancing and fireworks for the water festival (Bon Om Touk). Green and lush surroundings. I ordered my chicken fried rice when I arrived for 4 hours later. 4 hours later I was eating chicken fried rice."

Malheureusement été déçus par le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas. C'est le point qui nous a le plus dérangés et qui a gâché le séjour car j'ai payé un supplément pour profiter de cette option avec mes enfants cela devait être une surprise. Je tiens tout de même à remercier le membre du personnel qui a tenté de faire une réparation. Malgré ses efforts et sa bonne volonté, le problème n'a pas pu être résolu. C'est dommage de ne pas avoir pu en profiter durant notre séjour.

"We were generously upgraded to the Langakali house from the Heilala initially booked at no extra charge. This worked out perfect having the extra bathroom. The house was easily accessible on our arrival with overall good communication from the renters. Nina was beautiful and did countless loads of washing for us with no hesitation included in the accomodation price. Green Lodge is close proximity to town and our families village so was a prime location for us. Screens on doors and windows were a plus, coils and basic toiletries and essentials were provided and ample storage throughout. A quiet area that felt very safe. Style of the house is older, but comfortable enough, we felt at home being here."

Although screens were throughout, you will still need repellent and extra coils. The ensuite bathroom toilet wouldn’t always flush properly and the wifi wasn’t working. It would be a plus to have one more fan in the third bedroom of the Langakali house and

Amazing location on the beach (even though getting here takes a while) Rooms were decent although our ceiling fan was really weak so it got very hot at night. Would definitely stay here again"

"We spent a few days in spacious bungalows. We were picked up by taxi from the airport and quickly arrived at our accommodation, where Cynthia was waiting for us. Cynthia provided us with detailed information about the property (water, safety, etc.) and shared interesting facts about the area (shops, restaurants, and the beach). The bungalows have a well-equipped kitchenette and a large terrace, from which we could admire the starry sky in the evenings. In the morning, we were served a delicious breakfast, including homemade yogurt and jam. The morning conversations with Cynthia during breakfast were wonderful. The guesthouse also offered free rental of easy-to-use bicycles. We have fond memories of our lazy days on the atoll, and we highly recommend this guesthouse."

The guesthouse is no longer the newest, but that's why it has its own atmosphere.

"It is a unique carribean cottage, which is a little gem. It is a five minute walk to a lovely beach. We cooked in as the kitchen had everything one required. We had our meal out on the verandah next to the kitchen and watched the sunset. Sabina is a wonderful hostess. When we arrived she tried to book as into a restaurant but it was full so she took us to the local supermarket to ensure we would have a good meal. Keith was also really helpful and a great guy. We wished we had booked it for longer."
