"Lovely cabin, stylishly decorated, well equipped. We had one by the lake with private black beach access. Unfortunately the cabins by the beach are close to the road which is super busy until late and from early morning. Besides that, comfortable beds and good WiFi."

"The place is gorgeous surrounded by native forest and right next to the river. We went swimming every day in those beautiful emerald like waters, it was magical. But then my mother became unwell and Jean-Marie, Erica and Leo, looked after us like we were family, they were so caring and wonderful. Cabins are very pleasant and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic, with home made jams, good bread, fresh orange juice and delicious eggs!"

"Everything! Wonderful peaceful location with amazing views over the lake, stunning setting in front of volcano, superb suites with comfortable large bed, fantastic shower, excellent kitchen, sofa bed, terrace etc. Lovely pool with loungers and nice roof top terrace aswell. Great healthy and tasty breakfast in lovely communal room. The hosts are so friendly and helpful with everything including restaurant bookings and local attractions including walks, hot springs etc. 5 mins drive from Pucon centre. Fantastic value for money. Like a boutique hotel at a fraction of the cost. A real gem of a place."

"El lugar es precioso y muy cómodo, todo muy limpio. Sin embargo, sería recomendable que se incluyera el servicio de toallas, ya que no estaban disponibles. También sería útil aclarar con mayor detalle que la tinaja se utiliza por orden de llegada, pues esto generó algo de confusión. Por otro lado, quiero destacar la excelente atención: el señor Segundo fue un amor de persona y la señora Ada también, muy amable. Le pedimos un espacio adicional para la salida porque estábamos en una actividad de rafting, y ella accedió sin problemas. Mis amigos y yo quedamos muy agradecidos por ese gesto."
