"I enjoyed my stay at Lost. The Hotel has a nice interior and nice staff. The rooms were well maintained and clean. WIFI worked, but it is notoriously slow (average download speed 1MBIT), which is common in Lebanon and not particularly the fault of the hotel. During my stay, it was relatively quiet. The shower provided warm water and there were some small amenity kits. The room service tidied the room every day. The breakfast was good - not the biggest portion but a good selection + taste and nice presentation. I was satisfied. I would travel again to Hotel Lost."

"Some minor inconveniences and room for improvement: I did not love the pillows, as they were too hard for my taste. However, this might be different for other travelers who might love it. The bed was a bit short for me, I am 186cm and I think I could barely fit in length. The bathroom: It is directly inside the room, so there is no privacy (even the toilet) and when I showered, I tried to close the door from inside and I almost locked myself into the bathroom, as there was no handle to open the door from inside. I think the prices could be slightly lower for the quality and level of the hotel."

"The hotel is very clean and really well maintained. The staff are very friendly and are ready to help you in any way nothing is too much trouble for them. The manager is also very friendly and organised and called me taxis whenever I needed one. He also let me have a late check out free of charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. Also the breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and I loved the fresh orange juice."

"Hotel Lost is a beautifully well-maintained cosy hotel smack in the middle of Gemmayze - everything was impeccable. Very clean, great service, great breakfast and coffee, and convenient! We especially want to thank Anthony, for being responsive and helpful throughout our stay - including from the first day arranging a cab for us when we were stuck at the airport (!) Elie, who served us most mornings, was also great. He was friendly, and always helped us out without us having to wait much at all. Their cleaning ladies and Lost cafe staff were professional and friendly too. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beirut!"
