"The breakfast was great. The SPA was also very nice. The bed and room was good and comfortable."

"I couldn't control the temperature of the room. I think the AC wasn't working properly I was a bit hot while sleeping even though the AC was on 16 degrees. Probably because the heaters were on."

"The location, the facilities, the spa, the restaurants, room service, the cleanliness. The staff are exceptional, they are happy to be there and at your service. I’ll start with the front door, you are greeted by Ali who is always smiling, you walk in to rayaan the warmest most beautiful person who is happy to assist you with literally anything and than you have walid who is respected and loved by his team, he will ensure everything about your stay is perfect. House keeping is 2secs they are so fast to bring things to your room, room service is amazing and the massage at the spa is a must!"
