"Great location, room had lots of space with a balcony. I only stayed one night so didn't really get to take advantage of the size and balcony but it would be good for a longer stay for sure. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

Still nice. - not sure how it would be for Shabbat because we were on 3rd floor, but keys were manual for Shabbat - needs more signs for direction. It was very hard to find and we got lost several times trying to locate it. - needs hand soap in bathrooms - wish it was pet friendly - need to advertise there is a large fridge in room, would have brought in groceries - not so accessible with stroller but not too bad -"

"In Jerusalem it's very difficult to find something so close to the center and so quite you can sleep as long as you want with out being disturbed from anything"

"If there is late check in are you forgot to make early check in and you arrive late you have to go and get the keys from a way of 10 minutes walk which is quite fast rating"

"I loved this property. I stayed in 3 different rooms during my time which included a modern single & double room then a double room with a balcony. All were amazing.. particularly the one with the balcony. The manager was very helpful and friendly and I felt very welcome. The property is also situated only a few minutes walk to the Jaffa centre/ restaurants/ tram line and only about a 12 minute walk to the old city."

"I liked all of it. The only tiny suggestions I would make is for there to be small soap containers in the bathrooms and a bin in the main area of the single room."
