"Really welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Top location in the middle of it all (but still quiet) and a fantastic roof terrace. Do set your alarm, because there is no daylight in the lower rooms."

"Huge gap between bed and wall, not great when sleeping on upper bunk bed. Stuff fell off the bed. Also no side protection from falling off the bed."

"Location is fantastic, close to the Jaffa Gate, Armenian and Jewish Quarters, great common areas and lovely staff. The rooftop is the best!"

"The aircon unit emitted a smell, needs servicing. The entry in to the room is halfway between a flight of stairs so extra care needs to be taken to avoid a fall. No external windows so airflow isn’t great but still value for money in the Old City."
