"Fantastic location, great hotel, hospitality is great. Clean room, very spacious. Location is a 2 min walk from the old city. Perfect, really happy, value for money. Will miss this place and can’t wait to be back."

"My room was facing the terrace of the restaurant. Same workers as in the hotel. Loud music until eleven then half past eleven they pulled out the leaf blower. At least they stopped when I requested. I could not let daylight in my room cause the whole restaurant was in front of my window. I did never get new towels. The coffee you order comes after half an hour and is cold. These people don’t care about their customers. Also: pictures of the smurfs on the wall. If you know you know."

"Loud from 10 am to 11.30 at night including leaf blower right below your window"

"Always smiling friendly helpful personal. 8 mins from Damascus Gate, close to getsemane. Close to everything"

"The room was provided with everything needed including electric kettle, small fridge, tv, ac and heating, toiletries. The neighbourhood had some construction but the night is quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful, keep everything clean and cozy. Its newly made hotel so everything is improving every day!"
