"The property is nicely furnished. Rooms are kept clean. All rooms are air conditioned. There is a large dining area and a really nice patio garden area. The hotel is a great location. It’s 10 minutes walking distance from Damascus Gate into the Old City. Also 10 mins to the Garden Tomb. The Hotel is 2 mins from St George’s Cathedral - they do a very nice Eucharist at 7AM. The hotel staff are very friendly and they made my stay exceptional. I make regular trips to Jerusalem and will be staying with this hotel again."

"We arrived at the hotel and they advised that our room wasn't available due to a 'plumbing issue'. They had arranged a transfer us by taxi to another hotel which was very nice. The Christmas hotel looked very pleasant but we were unable to stay there."

"Buena ubicación, cerca de parada del tranvía. El personal de la recepción de la tarde muy amigable y de gran ayuda con datos para la estadía y los alrededores. Camas cómodas y limpias"

"Dobra lokalizacja - 10 minut piechotą (dla młodego, szybkiego piechura 5 minut) od starego miasta (Brama Damasceńska). Blisko przystanek tramwaju. 10 minut do dzielnicy chasydów. 15-20 minut do Getsemani (pod Górą Oliwną). Bardzo miły personel w hotelu. Fajny, czysty pokój. Wygodne łóżka z ciepłą kołderką. Klima. W lutym tanio! Zapłaciliśmy 770 złotych za 3 noce w pokoju dwuosobowym. Śniadania nie braliśmy bo drogie - 90 złotych od osoby. 5 minut od hotelu jedliśmy w palestyńskiej knajpce za 65 złotych za 2 osoby. Do hotelu dojedziecie tramwajem, który ma przystanek pod Central Station (tam dojeżdżacie z lotniska Ben Gurion). Wysiadacie na przystanku Damascus Gate i piechotką."
"Mieliśmy pokój od ulicy i trochę było głośno - słaba izolacja okien. Trochę źle rozwiązana łazienka - niewygodna i niebezpieczna szyba osłaniająca prysznic i duże, niewygodne drzwi blokujące łazienkę (ale można to przeboleć!)."

"The room was comfortable, there was a microwave, electric heating and a kettle so we could make our own food. We needed batteries for the air condition (it was cold), they delivered very fast. Thanks!"

"יפית מהממת ! קיבלה אותנו בשמחה וגרמה לנו להרגיש הכי נוח שיש. פינקה אותנו בערב שישי עם פירות ועוגות וכל מה שהיינו צריכים קיבלנו! הצימר היה בול מה שהיינו צריכים והתאים לזוג וילד בן שנה. פעם הבאה שנגיע נקווה שהצימר יהיה שוב פנוי 🙂"
