"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."

Given that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

"The location is great -- just 5 minutes to the beach and close to the main cafés and restaurants. The apartment is a good size and has a blackout system, so you don’t get sunlight coming in. The hotel also has two of the best restaurants in town -- Bottega and Plaza -- and they are fantastic."

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

"We loved the quiet scenic location and the beautiful, elegant new resort with top tier facilities. Felt pampered by the staff and enjoyed the best massage. The resort provide free shuttle into Koror morning and afternoon, which is ideal for divers heading to the rock island dive sites. Loved the huge wall of windows showing us the turquoise kingfishers and long tailed white tropic birds."

Resort is tailored to Asian touists with a lack of English instructions on remotes, etc, but staff were super helpful.

Many pigeon droppings outside, even arround the pool. Very loud ventilator in the bathroom. Bad smell outside at night.

"Well located, friendly staff reasonable sized room. Handy to restaurants and main centre. Nice lounge area to use while waiting for our transport. Good breakfast."

Bedding and pillows could have been better quality.

The room have unpleasant smell from the toilet initially. But overall room was clean and seems to be maintained well.

"An absolutely phenomenal experience that went far beyond a normal hotel stay. I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. "Central, quiet location, next to supermarket (great option in expensive Djibouti), stable WiFi, aircon in room (important in hot Djibouti), decent breakfast. After check out I was allowed to keep my luggage stored there and to use the kitchen facilities until my evening flight"

"Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre propre, Calme et confortable . Le gérant est très serviable, abordable et de bons conseils pour les randos, aluguers etc....."

Le seul petit bémol, pour le petit déjeuner  nous aurions préféré des jus de fruit corrects plutôt que chimiques proche du soda.

While the accommodation was clean and comfortable, it is in dire need of an update.

"Very close Old town of Vilnius. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. Answered always on time and supported with everything I needed. Room was clean. No problems check in and come in all 24 hours. I really recommend this room and owner and I will definitely come back. No problems buy breakfast in hotel downstairs. Price perfect."

"This was a nicely designed hotel, with spacious rooms. Conveniently located for Yala safari pickups. There was even a peacock to greet us every morning outside our balcony!"

Though the room was mostly clean, there were some stains on our sheets. The friendly staff quickly rectified this. When we had to leave early for our safari, there was no staff available on site to unlock the gate and we had to do a real life jailbreak from the hotel! Also the water is reliant on solar so you may have to have a cold shower on a cloudy/rainy day.
