"Excellent hotel, incredible cleanliness, comfortable rooms. I would like to separately thank the young man at the reception: incredibly kind, attentive. Everything was at the highest level. I have never seen a cleaner hotel, even though I have visited many countries. Next time I will only stay here, I recommend it to everyone!"

"What a lovely hotel, big room with sofa. bathroom was clean, big shower - no showergel, but had shampoo. location was great - across the road from main pedestrian street. Staff were very nice and helpful. TV worked. it was close to Jashar Pasha Mosque. breakfast was standard buffet, lots to choose from - but only tomatoes and cucumber for vegans. Good wi-fi. Our loo was broken but was fix later in the day - very quickly."

"We had a great experience from the moment we walked in the door. Our rooms were ready even though we arrived at 11 a.m. The staff was extremely helpful, organising taxis and giving us directions, etc. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice between hot and cold and sweet and savoury. It was excellent value for money."

"Location and Mr Althin ! Always smiling and ready to help. Need a taxi , a pick up a drop etc. Want to get a haircut , need stamps etc etc he always had a solution."

"Best host ever. He sent recommendations for Pristina on the first day and helped with any problems. The location is perfect, the apartment has two balconies so non-smokers are not disturbed. Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy. You could retreat to your room and have some peace and quiet or hang out with the other guest in the living room. For the price, you can't complain at all. When I'm back in Pristina, I'll stay here again."

"I had a really lovely stay in that cute pink-themed room! The bed was super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The TV was great with lots of channels, and the room felt cozy and welcoming overall. What stood out most was the thoughtful host — they were so nice and even brought me snacks and drinks to make me feel right at home. It was such a warm touch! I definitely plan to come back next time in that area . Highly recommend!"
