"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"Ubicació excepcional al vell mig del barri vell. Habitacio i bany grans i comfortables. Esmorzar variat pero els cal millorar la qualitat dels sucs."

El personal del menjador no sempre ha estat amable. En canvi el de recepció perfecte.

"La situació estava molt be. Pots visitar la ciutat caminant des de l’allotjament. El personal va ser molt agradable i atent. L’esmorzar tambe era abundant i variat."

Estavem a la sisena planta i a la nit feia molta calor. Vam tenir que dormir amb la finestra oberta de bat a bat al mes d’abril. La calefacció centralitzada no deixava graduar-la i encara estava programada a mode d’hivern.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.

"The staff were amazing! They could not do enough. They were so helpful and made our stay one of the most memorable in 15 years of travel. If you are visiting Petra you need to stay here! The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast sets you up for a great day of hiking around Petra."

"The hotel was well located and equipped, the staff were very helpful and polite especially Mohamad bushnaq and Qais were friendly.. During our short stay at the hotel we felt home and the environment was super comfortable."

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

"Rooftop pool and spa was excellent..Room cleaned every day with fresh towels etc..Staff always were smiling..Beach 50 meters from hotel was amazing..Lots of restaurants to choose from and taxi rank bang opposite hotel..Fantastic 🙃"

Breakfast could have been better..There was no smoked salmon which I love, and there was not a lot of different cheeses and cold meats for me..Otherwise very good

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"Molt ben situat. A 5 minuts en cotxe de les Mantenga Falls. Zona molt tranquil.la. Amb un bon restaurant. Esmorzar molt complert i deliciós!"

En ser un hotel d’una certa categoria, potser hauria esperat més detalls de cortesia dintre de l’habitació, com ara alguna caixa de Kleenexs, botelles d’aigua…

"The breakfast was very good. Kept me full the entire day.. it was clean and quiet . The place was in an excellent location."

The room was small

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

"Hotel upgraded my room, they gave me a delux room instead of standard room. We've got dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was excellent!"

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.

"Breakfast was excellent. Location is also very good. Transportation to attractions very convenient. Ruin of St. Paul and senado square etc. is walkable distance."

Everything thing we find good.

"La ubicació. Tot i estar a les afores de Vaduz, està ben comunicat i disposa de Bus a la porta de l'hotel. Bon esmorzar i vistes a les muntanyes."

"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. Un séjour d'une nuit en tout point remarquable."

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.
