"I absolutely loved everything about this game lodge. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning scenery – so green and peaceful, a true escape into nature. The service was exceptional, every staff member was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond. Definitely a 10/10 for hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where everyone is genuinely kind and attentive. I’ll definitely be back."

"Our room was lovely and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived very late after a long day's travelling and getting stuck in a major traffic jam on the way, so unfortunately we were unable to make the most of the facilities and surroundings."

"Not the greatest Breakfast we have had. The whole property was wonderfully well maintained, the rooms cleanliness was incredible, the staff over all were always willing to help, sort out issues, if any. The little statues and made up themes were such a wonderful change and fitted in with the whole ambiance. There was one of the ladies in the Restaurant, her name was Natasha, she made up for the below "What didn't you like" extremely helpful, nothing was an issue, but it did take time which was not her fault. The people in Reception were very helpful and professional. The person who was driving the Golf Cart, unless you have more than one, he was of average height, did not get his name, lets just say wow...amazing."

"The Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There was continually shortages of plates/coffee cups/food was not filled up in time/cold food/toaster was not the most efficient. the spaces between tables in the closed in dinning room could be improved, if 2 people are sitting at opposite tables it is very awkward to get past. Clearing of tables were very slow, so you ended up eating at a table that still had used dishes etc. Something else is that everyone does not want a Braai and it was a bit of a challenge to get something from the menu, but it was sorted out, so it was not a case of "No" With the restaurant there should be more flexibility in being able to order or have the braai. My suggestion would be to ask the Clients at Breakfast what they would prefer, assist with the catering. Getting a drink from the Bar, if you went in there was very frustrating as no one was manning the bar. I know a lot to complain about, but it is not what we expected and trust that they above will help in improving things going forward for the Lodge..."
