"La situacio es perfecte, a peu de pistes, fora del poble pero conectat amb el poble amb una gondola. Molt comode per anar a esquiar"

"L unic que no ha estat a l alçada del hotel es el aevei de list & found. Vam oblidar una sabata en una sala, 24 hrs mes tard vam anar a recepcio a demanar si l haviem trobat, la dona de recepcio amb gens d empatia per la nostra situació, ens va dir que una empresa externa s endú tots els objectes de lost & found 1 cop per setmana en un magatzem al poble. La sabata estava alla, si la voliem recuperar l opcio era demanar ho per mail i segurament ens ho enviarien al nostre pais pagant nossltres les despeses. Em va semblar de molt pica classe per un hotel d aquesta categoria, perque si arribem a deixar-nis un laptop, o un telefon, o algun objecte que podessim necessitar , com ho haguessin fet? La dona de recepcio, no va ser gens empatica, ni comprensiva ni amable."

The hotel has a perfect location in Levi — everything is close and easy to reach. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"Comfortable room, in a very convenient location. We had our own sauna in the room which was a nice addition. Very easy to access by public transport. The bathroom was spacious. In general, it was nice but very overpriced."

"The whole place is quite run down. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. The helpfulness of the staff varied greatly - we met some really nice and friendly people who went above and beyond to assist, but the person checking us in was very rude and did not share any useful information with us. We had to come back to the reception again to ask about the breakfast, wifi password etc."

"The bed was super comfortable. Quiet, warm and spacious room. The shower was good and big bathroom. The hotel was very close to everything. Breakfast was included. Bus from and to the airport stopping at the front door of the hotel."

"Breakfast was ok, but not great, had good variety but for example I missed the fruit. Our room was separate to the main hotel building, so we had to go out to the cold every time we went for breakfast or to reception. Not tea nor spoons in the room, which would have been nice."

"Very beautiful and accessible place. Not that far from Levi. This kind of igloos are different size, even we rented the smallest and cheapest it was amazing. Activities in this place, warm igloo, very delicious breakfast and very very helpful stuff . I highly recommend this place and we will visit again"
