"La situacio es perfecte, a peu de pistes, fora del poble pero conectat amb el poble amb una gondola. Molt comode per anar a esquiar"

"L unic que no ha estat a l alçada del hotel es el aevei de list & found. Vam oblidar una sabata en una sala, 24 hrs mes tard vam anar a recepcio a demanar si l haviem trobat, la dona de recepcio amb gens d empatia per la nostra situació, ens va dir que una empresa externa s endú tots els objectes de lost & found 1 cop per setmana en un magatzem al poble. La sabata estava alla, si la voliem recuperar l opcio era demanar ho per mail i segurament ens ho enviarien al nostre pais pagant nossltres les despeses. Em va semblar de molt pica classe per un hotel d aquesta categoria, perque si arribem a deixar-nis un laptop, o un telefon, o algun objecte que podessim necessitar , com ho haguessin fet? La dona de recepcio, no va ser gens empatica, ni comprensiva ni amable."

"One of the best hotels in northern Finland. Location, service at reception, very delicious breakfast, super professional and friendly stuff. Rooms are big and warm. Very good vibe at this hotel and amazing Panorama sauna. The breakfast is 11 out of 10 We would like to visit you again next winter and keep same services. You are the best up there. I highly recommend this place"

"The standard room was spacious, with a good view of the slopes. Even from our room, we could see the Northern Lights! The location is fantastic, with easy access by a cute walk, or with a gondola or bus/car. The ski room was incredibly comfortable and the staff was kind, even offering us free ski locks."

"Bath robes and slippers aren’t provided so you’ll need to bring your own clothes for the sauna. The sauna is gender-separated so you can’t go with your partner. Also, I’d love to see salmon on the breakfast menu alongside eggs as an option for pescatarians."

"Amazing location, right on the slopes. Good service and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. Very good location to watch northern lights, especially if you walk a little bit up the slopes at night."

"The room was very spacious, which made the stay comfortable. The shower felt luxurious and was a nice bonus after skiing. I also really appreciated the drying cabinet for ski clothes – extremely practical. The ski equipment storage on the base floor was convenient, and the ski lift is just outside the hotel, making it easy to get further up the slopes. There’s also a gondola connection to Levi center, which made getting around simple. Overall, a very good choice, especially when travelling solo with an 8-year-old."
