"Nice hotel, spacious room. Parking on the premise was very convenient, and was for free."

"Despite all the space in the room, there's nothing to put your stuff on. You have to live out of your suitcase. There's only 1 small desk with 1 chair, while there's enough room for an entire cabinet, sitting corner, etc."

"The rooms and hotel were very beautiful and located perfectly in the city center. The beds was also extremely comfortable and big."

"They charged extra for an early check in (10usd) which was a first for Ecuador, they did notify about it before payment to be fair. Breakfast was also acceptable, but no more."

"There has to be another way to manage the parking access. If i needed to park or drive somewhere I needed to wait so that the front desk manager would take me there because there was no way of opening the parking lot gate without him."

"Excellent hotel with modern and spacious rooms. Mine was super quiet and had blinds on the windows. Breakfast was good too."

"I left too early for breakfast so had no idea what it may have been like. Everything was cool especially Walter who was as friendly and as helpful as it is possible for a hotel manager to get. He helped me stash my motorcycle in the underground carpark and was more than willing to rise early to help me get on my way. Great location within walking distance of the historic centre. On the main road but the tram and car noise didn't bother me. Great value for the money."
