"Plain Ciel is in a fabulous location in the mountains with beautiful views. The quality of the food is excellent. Fresh baked bread and croissants for breakfast with homemade jams and dinner every night was outstanding with a varied set menu. The desserts were to die for."

"It wasn't a big issue, but the hotel is quite tricky to get to involving a reasonable walk through the snow down from the cable car station and then a walk down through the snow to the chairlift on departure day."

"Perfectly situated at foot of slope nr. 11/grande paradis lift and hence perfect for skiing. Everyone was super nice and helpful and we felt very at home. the beds were comfy, there was free parking and a very nice breakfast!"

"The sink in our bathroom was tiny (even difficult to wash face and there was not enough space to put toilettries down. Our room apprared to be above the kitchen and there was some frying small in the bathroom. Not a big deal but also not super nice."
