Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Els coixins eren massa alts. En una de les habitacions sentiem soroll de aigua caient tota la nit.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

En ser un hotel d’una certa categoria, potser hauria esperat més detalls de cortesia dintre de l’habitació, com ara alguna caixa de Kleenexs, botelles d’aigua…

"I was pleasantly surprised at how much consideration the Radisson had for my sister who was observing the month of Ramadan, they had a special menu for meals in the morning at 4am I've very well traveled and we have never had so much consideration before. It gave a special sense of care and meant a great deal. Staff were friendly and kind."

The food selection at the hotel restaurant was a little limited maybe some more added options to explore.

Potser les mesures de seguretat són excessives: revisió de bosses i detectors de metall cada vegada que hi entres.

"La situació estava molt be. Pots visitar la ciutat caminant des de l’allotjament. El personal va ser molt agradable i atent. L’esmorzar tambe era abundant i variat."

Estavem a la sisena planta i a la nit feia molta calor. Vam tenir que dormir amb la finestra oberta de bat a bat al mes d’abril. La calefacció centralitzada no deixava graduar-la i encara estava programada a mode d’hivern.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.
