"We absolutely loved our time here. We were on a birthday trip celebrating my partner's birthday. As soon as we entered the property we were taken care of by Missie who gave a beautiful talk about the history of the place and what they've been doing since then !!! We had just finished hiking the tiger's nest earlier and we were offered the best outdoor hot stone bath of our lives. It was a great place to just unwind with beautiful views right from your bedroom and great staff who take care of you as your own. We highly recommend this place for your trip to Bhutan. Right the footsteps of the tiger's nest which is very convenient ☺️"

"Beautifully decorated with wooden bath looking out to the mountains. Decorative tiles. Wooden balcony. Large comfortable bed. Fabulous views of Taktsang / Tiger’s nest. Excellent location near the start of the trek. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nimdem was attentive throughout, from looking after suitcases when we arrived early to offering to book a taxi when she noticed mine was late. Excellent internet. Warm room even though we were high up in February. Warm fire in the bar"

"The location was super, very close to Taksang, and set in a very quiet street. Beautiful view of the mountains from the bedroom. the staff were very attentive and caring. We even practiced some mindfulness together in the morning. The food was very good - fresh from their own garden. Overall my favourite place in Paro after my third visit."

"Wangdue Eco Lodge is a lovely place tucked high above the Dzong, with amazing views from the room that really make the stay special. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. Dinner and breakfast were simple but perfectly adequate. The rooms are very spacious, though they could benefit from a few extra touches to make them feel cosier, as they felt a little empty. Overall, a pleasant stay with beautiful views and a peaceful setting."
